Nava Rasas in Srimad Bhagavatam
What is a “Rasa”? The word Rasa has many beautiful meanings. It can mean nectar or juice; it can mean flavor, taste or aroma; it can also mean emotion or sentiment. In essence though, it means “something to be enjoyed”. Srimad Bhagavatham brims with rasa. The crown jewel of all the Puranas is something to be enjoyed!

Early Days, Old Devotees & Chaitanya Kuteeram
This series chronicles interesting experiences recounted by the devotees of HH Maharanyam Sri Sri Muralidhara Swamiji as well as certain divine experiences of Sri Swamiji himself. These articles are translations from the series “Madhuramaana Mahaneeyar” that is published every month in Madhuramurali Tamil monthly magazine in India.
This year, on September 19, the tenth anniversary of Chaitanya Kuteeram where Lord Jagannath along with Sri Subhadra, Sri Balaram and Sri Krishna Chaitanya-Sri Nityananda resides was celebrated successfully. On this occasion, Dr. Bhagyanthanji, Personal Secretary of Sri Swamiji reminisces Sri Swamiji’s life at Bharathidasan Colony, the greatness and significance of Govindapuram, Mahamantra and Chaitanya Kuteeram. Madhura Geetam – Prayer Series: 16
Oh Lord! Bestow a boon on me!
In this series, we present, each month, a prayer kirtan composed by His Holiness Maharanyam Sri Sri Muralidhara Swamiji. These kirtans underline the importance of prayers and beautifully show us how we should pray.
Mahans are wary of Maya and pray to the Lord to escape its clutches. Sri Swamiji too has a similar prayer to the Lord in the song “Dayai ondru seiyya”, set in Anandhabhairavi raga.
The Killing of Kamsa
Kamsa, uncle of Lord Krishna and Balarama, plots to kill them both and invites them to Mathura. Krishna and Balaram turn the tables around and Kamsa, who plotted to end Krishna and Balaram’s life, meets his end.

SRI RAMANUJAMJI’s Visit to the USA – Nov 2016 to Jan 2017
Sri Ramanujamji, disciple of HH Sri Sri Muralidhara Swamiji, will visit the USA and conduct satsangs and workshops around the country, between Nov and Jan. Similar to earlier years, there will be a grand series of discourses and programs on various topics glorifying the Sanatana Dharma, Nama Kirtan and Bhagavata Dharma. He will also conduct inspiring corporate workshops and sessions for professional organizations and youth.
