CONTEST GUIDELINES
1. Participant must be a resident of USA or Canada
2. You must submit pictures in 4 stages (25%, 50%, 75%, 100%). The picture submitted on all stages should have an artist and artwork clearly visible.
3. Art will be considered only if all 4 pictures are submitted.
4. Please note GOD will have rights to share and publish the art work.
