Sri Rama Navami Celebrations, March 14-26, 2026
By the blessings of Sri Swamiji and the grace of Sri Aishwarya Srinivasa Perumal, devotees celebrated the divine birth of Lord Rama on the auspicious occasion of Sri Rama Navami on March 26. The celebrations began several days before as devotees participated in Srimad Ramayana Navaham by taking turns reciting the 24,000 slokas of Srimad Valmiki Ramayanam. Cultural programs were also organized at the temple. Bharatanatyam performances were offered to Bhagavan by Sow. Swetha Jagadeesh, Kum. Shreenidhi Murali and Kum. Archana Bharadwaj. It was followed by chanting of Hanuman Chalisa and Maha Harathi.
On the auspicious day of Sri Rama Navami, a special satsang was organized at the temple. The event began with Mahamantra Kirtan. Devotees were then treated to a nectarine katha on the divine gunas of Lord Rama by Dr. Lekshmi Nair. The event concluded with archana to Sri Rama, Hanuman Chalisa chanting and Maha Harathi. About 30 people attended the event.
