Just as everyone consumes food to satisfy hunger, all forms of worship are to attain God. Food habits may vary according to the type of food, the time of intake and the manner of intake. But consumption of water is not only common to all but indispensable too. Likewise, worship may vary in methodology and time of performance. But chanting the Divine Names of God is common for all – more so, as it is specifically prescribed for the present age. | HH Sri Sri Muralidhara Swamiji
