Bay Area GOD Chapter celebrated the auspicious occasion of Guru Poornima with two special satsangs. On Saturday, August 1st 2015, special satsang was held at the residence of Sri.Raj Panchapakesan and Mrs.Chitra Raj in Sunnyvale,CA. The satsang commenced with Namasankirtan followed by rendition of Guru Kirtans composed by Sri Swamiji. Following this, Sri Sankar Rajaraman gave a beautiful discourse on Guru Mahima and on the greatness of Sage Veda Vyasa. The satsang concluded with prayers and Namasankirtan.
On Sunday, August 2nd 2015, Akanda Nama Sankirtan satsang took place at the residence of Sri.Srikanth and Mrs.Srividya Srikant in Concord, CA from 1-6pm. The satsang concluded with Kaliyayum Bali Kollum kirtan rendition and Arathi. Close to 40 people attended the satsang on
both the days.
