By the boundless grace of Sri Swamiji, devotees gathered at Namadwaar on Saturday, the 21st of February, at 10:00 a.m. to participate in Sri Dasamam Skanda Parayanam. The parayanam commenced promptly at 10:00 a.m. and continued until 5:00 p.m., with over 50 bhaktas of all ages joyfully taking turns to chant the chapters.
Bhagavatam classes conducted during the Saturday Satsangs, along with the monthly virtual Sapthaham, have been ongoing for many years, with devotees learning Srimad Bhagavatam earnestly and with deep devotion. By Swamiji’s parama krupa, these sustained efforts have enabled devotees to confidently join and actively participate in parayanams, both in person and virtually, offering their seva through collective chanting.
A heart‑warming highlight of the day was the participation of three young children from Alpharetta Gopakuteeram, all below the age of 10, who chanted together as a group. By Swamiji’s grace, their confidence, clear pronunciation, and disciplined chanting were clearly evident, inspiring and delighting all the assembled devotees.
The parayanam concluded around 5:00 p.m. with the auspicious Rukmini Kalyanam, followed by Bhagawatha Harathi and Dolotsavam, bringing the spiritually uplifting program to a blissful and joyous close.
