With the immense blessings of Sri Swamiji and Premika varadhan Takurji and Madhuri sakhi, Virginia Namadwaar celebrated navaratri with sundara kandam parayanam online via zoom.
As a part of navaratri celebration, a traditional Golu(dolls) was set up at Virginia namadwaar for our lordships. Sundara kandam parayanam for 5 days started on 12th October to 16th October with Rama Jananam and Sita kalyanam. The devotees eagerly took turns for the parayanam on all days.
On Saturday, we concluded parayanam with Rama Pattabishekam. Since it was puratasi saturday, lamps(made of rice flour and jaggery)were lighted for Lord Srinivasa. Madhura geethams on Lord Sri Rama, Sita devi, Srinivasar and Padmavathi were rendered. This was followed by Anjaneya utsav. Anjaneya kirtans were rendered. Finally the devotees recited Hanuman chalisa. The satsang concluded with kaliyayum bali kollum keerthan and Maha Arthi. Around 25 devotees eagerly took part in the satsang.
