Namadwaar, Virginia celebrates Navaratri with Sundara Kanda parayanam and Sri Rama Pattabishekam

By the immense grace of His Holiness Maharanyam Sri Sri Muralidhara SwamiJi and the abundant grace of Sri Madhuri Sakhi Samedha Sri Premika Varada TakurJi, Namadwaar Virginia celebrated Navarathri from Oct 13th – Oct 23rd with Sundara Kanda Parayanam and Sri Rama Pattabhishekam.
14th October was Mahalaya Amavasya and, Purattasi Saturday, lamps (made of rice flour and jaggery) were lighted for Lord Srinivasa. Madhurageetham on Lord Sri Rama, Sita Devi, Srinivasar and Padmavathi were rendered.

As a part of Navaratri celebrations, a traditional Golu(dolls) was set up at Virginia Namadwaar for our lordships. Sundara kandam parayanam for 9 days started on 14th October to 22th October with Rama Jananam and Sita Kalyanam sargas parayanam on the 13th. The devotees eagerly took turns for the parayanam on all days.
On 23rd October, Vijayadasami day, we concluded the parayanam with Sri Rama Pattabishekam.
This was followed by Anjaneya kirtans . Finally, the devotees recited Hanuman chalisa. The satsang concluded with kaliyayum bali kollum keerthan and Maha Arti. Around 25 devotees eagerly took part in the satsang.
