By Sri Swamiji’s immense grace and blessings, August was a fortunate month for Atlanta Namadwaar with opportunity to take Nama to many families. Atlanta Devotees performed four Radha Kalyanam for our Sri Madhurisakhi Sametha Sri Premikavaradhan Takurji. All Radha Kalyanams was celebrated in a very grand manner. Beautiful garlands, Radhe Nama and chocolate shower for the audience reflected the grandeur in every marriage. Hosts were very delighted and felt blessed. We had close to 200 people attend these events and chant Nama. Nama Bhiksha was performed at three houses and Nama Ruchi at two places in the month of August. Around 100 devotees attended these various Nama programs. It was heart warming to watch the kids chant Nama enthusiastically. Our utsavar also blessed two families with Thirumanjanam program, wherein seventy devotees had the fortune to attend. Weekly Satsangs at Atlanta Namadwaar continued to be held on Saturday evenings. Atlanta Namadwaar has also started Bhagavad Gita classes for Adults and kids on Saturdays before weekly satsang. More than 100 students have started attending the weekly Bhagavad Gita class.
As ordained by Sri Ramanujamji, one of the satsang devotee offered Pothana Bhagavatam for the pleasure of our Sri Madhurisakhi Sametha Sri Premikavaradhan Takurji, during the second week of August.
