With Sri Guruji’s grace and blessings, we had wonderful Janmashtami Satsang for 2 days, on Sep 3rd and Sep 4th.
Sep 3: As part of Janmashtami celebrations, we celebrated Radha Kalyanam Utsavam at Calgary Hindu Society on September 3rd. Radha Kalyanam took place in a grand manner with our Satsang children and ladies singing Thodayamangalam, guru keertanai, ashtapathi, and Madhura gitams. It was the first time people in Calgary heard maduragitams and are very delighted to have more and more of our satsangs.
Sep 4: In Edmonton, we had Dasama skandam parayanam from Krishna jananam till Rukmini kalyan at the residence of Srinivasanji. We had parayanam from 5.30 AM to 2 PM. We celebrated Nandaothsavam and Annakoota utsavam at Sri Sethumadhavan ji/Smt. Subha that afternoon starting around 4 PM. Children sang many madura gitams and danced around Kutti Krishna’s cradle. Children also enjoyed making Govardhan giridhari with various rice and food items.
We pray at the lotus feet of our believed Guru maharaj and Madhuri sakhi sametha Premika varadha Takurji to give us more and more Satsang and Sri Guruji kainkaryam.
