Atlanta Namadwaar hosted a Madhurageetham concert by Shri. Salem Shriramji. Salem Shriramji, a devotee of our Sri Swamiji immersed Atlanta Namadwaar in pure bliss rendering Sri Swamiji’s Madhurageethams for two hours. He rendered closed to twelve songs on Sri Madhurisakhi Sametha Sri Premikavaradhan Takurji and Nama. Songs included “En nilai solliduven kanna”, “Premika Varadanai Parthayo”, “Namam ondre pothumey”. While rendering “Vinnil therikinrathu Radha Namam”, he transported the devotees to Radha smaranam by rendering a ragamalika of “Radhe Radhe” close to seventeen minutes. An unforgettable experience for the one hundred plus devotees who had gathered for the program.
He was accompanied in Mridangam by Santosh chandru ji and in violin by Chi. Vishal Sowmyan. Our own Atlanta Namadwaar kids, Chi. Anirudhah Narayan rendered vocal support to Salem Shriramji while Chi. Prahlad Krishna assisted in Dholki. The program concluded with the madhurageetham “Guru Kripai illamal”, an apt song. We are blessed by Sri Swamiji to witness the beautiful renderings.
