The auspicious day of Purattasi Shravanam, which is very special for Sri Srinivasa Perumal was celebrated grandly at Sri Aishwarya Srinivasa Perumal Temple on Oct 12, 2024. This year it also happened to coincide with the auspicious day of Vijayadasami and was on a Saturday which is also very special for Perumal, especially in the month of Purattasi.
On this day, as on all the other Purattasi month Saturdays, the thinai deepam was offered to Perumal. Following this, about 40 devotees together performed Laksharchana with Vishnu Sahasranama to Sri Aishwarya Srinivasa Perumal. It was a very divine event and those who were able to be a part of it were very blessed indeed.
