On the auspicious Krithika month, during Thanksgiving holidays, Virginia Namadwaar celebrated Padhuka Deepam, Vishnu Deepam and Sharad Poornima.
On Friday, Novemeber 23rd 2018, Padhuka Deepam was celebrated at Sri Murali and Smt.Malathi’s residence. Devotees lighted the lamps to holy padhukas and Sri GuruJi. A small hill representing Tiruvannamai was created and lighted a lamp on top of it. Devotees sang Guru Kirtans, recited Akshara Manamalai. Celebration ended with Mangalam & Harathi.
On Saturday, November 24 2018, Vishnu Deepam and Sharad Poornima were celebrated at GOD Property, 22495, Landora Bridge Road, Ruther Glen, VA
Celebration started with Mahamantra Nama Sankirtan, Guru Kirtans, Srimad Bhagavatha Parayanam, Ashtapathi. Devotees lighted several lamps to celebrate Vishnu Deepam. Severals Madhura Geetham were sung and Satsangis enjoyed the bliss of Vishnu Deepam.
Shard Poornima Celebrations were followed by Vishnu Deepam. Celebration started with Thodaya mangalam, Guru Kirtans, Divyanama Muralidharan was brought at the center by Sri Manikandan Ji, for devotees to perform Divyanamam. Several Rasa Poornima Madhura Geetham kirtans were sung and devotees enjoyed the Sharad Poornima celebration with Muralidharan. The day ended with Prarthana geetham and Dolothsav.
