Purattasi Shravanam:
By the immense grace of His Holiness Maharanyam Sri Sri Muralidhara SwamiJi and the abundant grace of Sri Madhuri Sakhi Samedha Sri Premika Varada TakurJi, Namadwaar Virginia celebrated the Purattasi Shravanam on Saturday, Oct 12, 2024 The satsang started with Mahamantra Nama Sankirtan. After Guru vandhanam, Madhurgeethams on Lord Srinivasa, Padmavathi were rendered. Ghee lamps(made of rice flour and jaggery)were lighted for lord Srinivasa and devotees chanted Govinda Nama enthusiastically.
The satsang concluded with Kaliyayum bali kollum kirtan and Maha Arati. Lunch Maha prasad was served.
Sharad Poornima Celebrations:
By the immense grace of His Holiness Maharanyam Sri Sri Muralidhara SwamiJi and the abundant grace of Sri Madhuri Sakhi Samedha Sri Premika Varada TakurJi, Namadwaar Virginia celebrated tsharad Purnima on 17th October, via zoom. We had Mahamantra Nama Sankirtan from 3pm-6pm. As a continuation of the celebration, we had KrishnaJi kA khElA satsang on Sat, Oct 19th at ,Centerville, VA in the residence of Smt DeepaJi and Sri GaneshJi. The divine Lordships, adorned with jewels and garlands, were gracefully seated in their asanas and also the holy Padhukas of Sri Swamiji. The satsang started with Mahamantra Nama Sankirtan. After Guru vandhanam, Pushpasrchana to holy Padhukas and Lordships were performed. Many madhurageethams were rendered. Devotees recited the Rasa Panchadyayi, from Srimad Bhagavatham – Dasama Skanda.
Many madhurageethams on Rasa leelas and Brindavan were also rendered. Prayer kirtans were rendered with special prayers for continued satsangs. This was followed by a pravachan by Sri.Muraliji on Sri Krishna jananam and Damodhara leela. The satsang concluded with Kaliyayum bali kollum kirtan and Maha Arati. Lunch Maha prasad was served. It was a blissful satsang and devotees felt very blessed.
Nama Bhiksha Satsang:
Virginia Namadwaar had a nama chanting satsang on Oct 19th at the residence of Sri.RohitJi. After nama, there was a pravachan on Nama Mahima by Sri.MuraliJi.
Satsang concluded with Kaliyayum bali kollum kirtan and Maha Arti.
KrishnaJi kA khElA & Divya Nama:
By the immense grace of His Holiness Maharanyam Sri Sri Muralidhara SwamiJi and the abundant grace of Sri Madhuri Sakhi Samedha Sri Premika Varada TakurJi, Namadwaar Virginia had a KrishnaJi kA khElA & Divya Nama on October 26th. The satsang was hosted by Smt PriyaJi and Sri Rajeshji. It was their 25th wedding Anniversary celebration in Bhagavatha dharma. The satsang started with Maha mantra kirtan followed by Guru kirtans. The couple did pushpa archana for Guru, Lakshmi and Krishna ashtothras. The devotees eagerly sang many Madhura geethams on Krishna, Radha and did Divya Nama with our Muralidharan. All the devotees enthusiastically participated and danced around singing many Madhurageethams and Bhajans. Following Divya Nama, Yugala kirtans, Kalyana Ashtapati, Anjaneyar kirtans and prayer kirtans were rendered.
The satsang concluded with Kaliyayum bali kollum kirtan and Maha Arti. Dinner maha prasad was served. Around 50 devotees participated and felt blessed.
