125th Sri Radhakalyanam, Namadwaar Atlanta

By the immense grace of Sri Swamiji and Sri Premikavaradha Takurji, Atlanta Namadwaar was blessed to celebrate the grand 125th Radhakalyanam of our beloved divine couple. The arrival of the divine couple at Atlanta Namadwaar in 2017 marked the beginning of the tradition, with the first Radhakalyanam celebrated that very year. Since then, devotees have been fortunate to relive this divine celebration, experiencing its joy and grace time and again.

The 100th Radhakalyanam was celebrated in a grand manner on Nov10th 2024, and this year, on June 6th, devotees gathered once again to commemorate the milestone 125th Radhakalyanam through a beautifully organized spiritual celebration.
As always, Atlanta Namadwaar bhaktas leave no stone unturned in ensuring that every aspect of the celebration is carried out with perfection and devotion. With Sri Swamiji’s immense grace, the Namadwaar family comes together as one, working with dedication and unity to make the event a grand success. Planning begins weeks in advance, with meticulous attention to every detail. The Namadwaar is adorned beautifully, and special custom garlands are prepared exclusively for this auspicious occasion.
The celebrations began at 3:30 PM with Veedhi Bhajani, led by Sri Kishore Ji, setting a deeply devotional tone for the evening. The children of Namadwaar, who have grown up participating in satsang from a young age, played a special role in leading this segment. Walking around Namadwaar, they offered Veedhi Bhajans, filling the surroundings with divine vibrations and joy.

At 4:00 PM, devotees came together for Divyanamam, a blissful segment where everyone gathered around Radha and Krishna, singing and dancing with pure devotion, celebrating the divine couple with unrestrained joy.
This was followed by the grand Radhakalyanam proceedings beginning at 4:30 PM, featuring the Kalyana Ashtapadi, Maangalya Dhaarana, and Anjaneya Utsavam. As part of the ceremony, the Kalyana Seer—lovingly prepared by devotees—was offered with deep devotion, reflecting their heartfelt participation in the divine wedding. The Atlanta Namadwaar Bhajana Mandali, as always, transported everyone to the sacred land of Vrindavan through their soulful renditions of Sri Madhurageethams, Ashtapadis, and bhajans, leaving devotees captivated and immersed in divine bliss.
Youth and children were an integral part of the entire celebration—actively participating in singing, assisting the Aradhakas, and helping with service activities. The kids’ involvement brought a unique vibrancy and devotional energy to the event.
Devotees gathered for the occasion dressed in bright, colorful traditional attire and adorned with beautiful jewelry, adding to the festive and sacred ambiance of the celebration.
Towards the conclusion of the celebrations, Pushpavarsham was performed with an offering of vibrant and colorful flowers, creating a visually stunning and spiritually elevating moment as the divine couple was showered with devotion and love.
As the evening progressed, the celebrations extended into a unique outdoor dining experience at 7:00 PM, where Dinner Prasadam was lovingly served. A wide variety of dishes were thoughtfully prepared to cater to both children and adults. Devotees enjoyed the cool evening breeze under the serene sky, with tents beautifully arranged outside Namadwaar. Every detail of the food arrangements was carefully planned and executed with dedication.
Sponsors were honored with gratitude for their contributions, and the program concluded on a divine note with Harathi and Dolotsavam.
With hearts filled with gratitude, devotees offer their sincere thanks to Sri Swamiji and Sri Premikavaradha Takurji for blessing Atlanta Namadwaar with the opportunity to witness this grand divine wedding and to serve in such a sacred and joyous celebration.
