By the immense grace and compassion of Sri Swamiji, Sacramento devotees were blessed with a groundbreaking satsang led by Sri Poorninamji on Tuesday, January 24th 2023 from 7pm to 8:30pm at the residence of Sri Kumar Ramalingamji and Smt Mala ji.
Sri Poornimaji delivered a beautiful lecture on Kuchela Upakhyanam. Close to 30 devotees attended the discourse. She interspersed the discourse with the greatness of chanting the divine names. Even when one chants the divine names mechanically, it cleanses the mind; love for Bhagavan will blossom in the heart. That is verily Bhagavata Dharma. All the Mahatmas and Sadhus have shown the path of Bhagavan Nama and that is how they developed the love for Bhagavan. During the conclusion of Kuchela Upakhyana, Sri Poornimaji mentioned that we might not have the dispassion as that of Kuchela; one may not have the pure love for Bhagavan, but all we can do is to reminisce (smaranam), and think of Bhagavan whenever we chant his divine names. That was a beautiful take away from Kuchela Upakhyanam.
