Namadwaar Atlanta Celebrates 2025 Year-End Utsav

By Sri Swamiji and Sri Premikavaradha Takurji’s immense grace Atlanta Namadwaar successfully celebrated its Year End Utsavam, a spiritually enriching multi-day celebration held from December 28, 2025, through January 3, 2026. The event witnessed an overwhelming participation, with approximately 350 devotees and families attending over the course of the celebrations.

The grand Utsavam commenced on December 28 with the Dasama Skandha Parayanam (Chapters 10.1–10.54). Devotees gathered at the Namadwaar in the morning, with the parayanam beginning at 9:00 a.m. and concluding shortly after 5:00 p.m. Participants included Satsang members of all ages, with active involvement from both children and adults. Children from Alpharetta–Gopakuteeram, aged 7 to 10, joined the parayanam alongside adults, reflecting the inclusive and generational nature of the devotional gathering. The day ended on an auspicious note with Bhagavatha Harathi and Dolotsavam, creating a spiritually charged atmosphere.

On January 1, the celebrations continued with the auspicious Sri Radha Kalyanam, which devotees attended with heartfelt enthusiasm and devotion. The celebrations began with Unchavarthi, adding a traditional and joyful touch to the proceedings. Sri Mani Mama, a visiting parent and a beloved figure to all devotees of all ages of Atlanta Namadwaar, graciously joined and led the Unchavarthi, making the celebration even more special and memorable for everyone present. Radha Kalyanam at Atlanta Namadwaar has always held a uniquely special place in the hearts of devotees. The harmonious flow of Ashtapadis, Sri Madhurageethams, Nama, and Bhajans brings the entire Atlanta Namadwaar family together, singing and participating in perfect unison. Every aspect of the celebration—from the decorations to the offerings—is thoughtfully and meticulously planned, with enthusiastic participation from all. The special prasadham, lovingly prepared and served, adds yet another layer of warmth and devotion to this cherished event

A notable highlight occurred on January 2. Devotees were blessed with the arrival of Jagannath Parivar at Atlanta Namadwaar, which added more joy to the celebration. Devotees lovingly made Chappan Bhog offering to Jagannath Parivar, followed by Harikatha on Sri Rukmini Kalyanam by Sri Bala ji. Throughout the event, Prasadam was served on all days, further fostering a sense of community and shared devotion. The seamless coordination, engaging spiritual programs, and strong attendee participation made the Year End Utsavam a memorable and spiritually fulfilling experience for all.

The Utsavam concluded on January 3rd with “Bhajan Beats,” which emerged as the highlight of the entire seven day celebration. This unique and vibrant program featured soulful and energetic bhajans and Nama presented by the Atlanta Namadwaar Yuva Mandali and stood out as a shining example of youth-led devotion in action.
Planned by the youth, for the youth, the event brought together 45 young participants between the ages of 8 and 22 for an evening that was both spiritually uplifting and filled with joy. The children and youth took complete ownership of the entire two-hour program. They beautifully decorated the venue, led soulful renditions of Madhurageethams, Bhajans, and Nama, played a variety of instruments, and presented thoughtfully choreographed dances. In addition, they designed the flyer, created vibrant and eye catching promotional materials, and seamlessly coordinated the overall flow of the event.
By Sri Swamiji’s grace, these children have been part of the Satsang family for many years, serving as an integral part of Namadwaar activities. Their continued involvement has played a significant role in shaping their overall growth—not only spiritually, but also in building confidence, discipline, and resilience. Through these experiences, they are learning to lead with conviction, remain steadfast in their day to day lives, and face responsibilities with confidence and purpose. Their dedication, creativity, and teamwork were evident in every aspect of the program, making the evening truly memorable.
The event was very well received, leaving a lasting impression on attendees of all ages. To further enhance the experience, all participants were treated to a delicious dinner, fostering camaraderie and a sense of togetherness.
The impact of Bhajan Beats extended well beyond the event itself. Online clips shared from the evening have inspired many adults, with several expressing interest and enthusiasm in organizing a similar program in the future and inquiring about when such an event might take place again. The overwhelming response reaffirmed the power of youth participation in strengthening spiritual engagement and community bonds.
