A few important daily practices for us all – to lead a happy life!

- Take food properly, but take sattvic food. Unnecessary and adamant fasting will lead to many diseases.
- Take proper sleep and rest. Otherwise, you will have neurological problems.
- Don’t imitate any saints or sadhaks.
- Don’t change your path for any cause or at any cost.
- Don’t get into notions or illusions.
- Be practical. Especially in your spiritual life.
- Don’t be idle. It will bring unnecessary negativity and weaken you.
- Don’t get influenced by others and their activities.
- Purity, renunciation, chanting – are the backbone of a sadhak.
- Try to control your emotions.
- Instead of lamenting, chant more.
- Avoid worldly pleasures and their company.
- Be clean always and be simple.
- Mind your words and all of your activities.
- Try to be alone if you don’t find a real sadhu.
- Realization is possible. At the same time, remind yourself repeatedly that it is a very very long and sincere journey.
- Be patient and calm.
- Don’t analyze your mind often.
- Life on this earth is a small stop in a long journey; like in any other journey. Nothing more than that.
- Try to do all possible good things in all possible ways.
- Faith is the major wealth.
- Don’t lose your self-confidence at any time.
