About 15 people were gifted to listen to the greatness of Guru and Namakirtan at the residence of Mr. Desikan in NJ. The speakers explained that the nature of Guru is to shower his grace and mercy (krupa) without any distinction of caste, creed, age, gender, education etc. Examples of Thotakacharya, Sabhari etc were cited to confirm this. They also explained how a Guru would take care of a devotee’s needs right from mundane grocery up to liberation.
The devotees were awestruck when Poornimaji and Ramuji mentioned that one could never repay a Guru for what He can do for his devotees. They re-iterated the fact that Namakirtan is the easiest path to attain eternal bliss in Kali Yuga. The speech concluded with the speakers conforming that doing Namakirtan is the best service one could offer to their Guru.
The event concluded with the devotees chanting the Mahamantra in unison with the speakers.
