Tampa:
Back‑to‑School Prayer & Aadi Pooram Celebration
With Guru Maharaj’s immense grace and the divine blessings of Madhuri Saki samedha Premika Varadha Takurji, our Tampa satsangh family joyfully celebrated two beautiful events in August — the Back‑to‑School Prayer and Aadi Pooram.
Back‑to‑School Prayer
With heartfelt devotion, nearly 45 devotees gathered for our annual Back‑to‑School prayer. The children were especially enthusiastic, filling the space with joy and energy.
We chanted the Nama for almost two hours, creating a serene and spiritually uplifting atmosphere for the kids as they begin their new academic year.
The evening concluded with a simple and blessed Ekadasi dinner prasadam, shared lovingly by all.
Aadi Pooram Celebration
We celebrated Aadi Pooram with great devotion by performing the sacred Aandal Thirukkalyanam. The event began with Nama, followed by the chanting of Thiruppavai.
Devotees then offered Thodaya Mangalam, Kalyana Ashtapathi, Lagnashtakam, and finally the divine Thirumangalya Dharanam, marking the auspicious wedding ceremony of Aandal.
As the rituals were underway, a gentle unexpected shower blessed the evening — a moment everyone felt as Radha Mata’s grace descending upon us.
Dinner prasadam was served under the moonlight, making the celebration even more enchanting. Nearly 40 devotees participated and soaked in the divine ambience.
