Deepavali Celebration!
By the countless mercy of Sri Swamiji and Sri Madhurisakhi Sametha Sri Premikavaradha Takurji, Atlanta Namadwaar celebrated Deepavali and 6th Anniversary of Namadwaar. Tirumanjanam was offered to Takurji amidst chanting of Nama and Madhurageetham. Mass prayer was organized to celebrate the wonderful day. Devotees offered Nama for the pleasure of Sri Swamiji, danced around Takurji for the lovely rendition of both Nama and Madhurageetham.
Devotees also shared their beautiful anubhavas in the form of Nama Mahima. The celebration concluded with Harathi, Dolotsavam and fireworks. All devotees were served prasadham
Gopashtami!
With Sri Swamiji’s parama krupa, Atlanta Namadwaar celebrated Gopashtami on Nov 18th 2023. The evening program started with the devotees offereing Nama for the pleasure of Sri Swamiji and Sri Premikavaradha Takurji. Devotees led by Smt Shobha Parasu ji did parayanam of Govardhana Leela chapters from Srimad Bhagavatham. Smt Jeya Kishore did a engaging Harikatha on Govardhana Leela. She spoke in great length about the love and trust that the Vrajvaasis had for Sri Krishna. The devotion and belief that led the Vrajvaasis to be fearless amidst the torrential rains and how the Vrajvaasis enjoyed being with Krishna while seeking refuge under the mighty Govardhana Giri.
Various Kirthanams were offered along with the Harikatha. Devotees very lovingly made prasadham which was converted to Giri Govardhana that was lifted by little Krishna. Devotees danced around the mountain offering Govinda Namasankirtan. The celebration concluded with Harathi, Dolothsavam. All devotees were served Prasadham.
