By the immense grace of Sri Premika Varadha Takurji and Sri Swamiji, Atlanta Namadwaar celebrated Prathishta Day on the 18th of March. Around 130 devotees of all age groups attended the event.
The special occasion was celebrated with 2 hours of Akanda Nama, a humble offering of gratitude by the devotees to the Holy Feet of Sri Swamiji and Sri Premika Varadha Takurji for sheltering us in Namadwaar in a land away from home. The divine couple were dressed in bright colored festive attire. As always, the youth and kids of Atlanta Namadwaar family took an active part in the program. The Akanda Nama was led by kids who chanted in many different melodious tunes keeping everyone engaged and chanting. While some kids led the chanting, the others accompanied them with various instruments adding to the vibrance of the evening. Along with the high energy chanting, devotees also shared their Nama Anubhava and the events that magically unfolded in their lives due to the power of Nama. Towards the end of the program, devotees also chanted Nama dedicated to all the kids. Praying for their success, health, safety, physical and mental well being.
The kids were extremely happy and excited to be a part of Akanda Nama. At the end of the program when asked if they will continue chanting and if they would like to be back for another mass prayer at Namadwaar, the kids replied with a roaring Yes! The evening concluded with Harathi and Dolotsavam followed by Prasadham for all the devotees.
