With the immense grace of Sri Swamiji and Sri Madhuri Sakhi sametha Sri Premika Varadhan, Toronto GOD satsang organized Nama sankirtan satsang as a part of Ganesh Chaturthi, on Saturday September 3rd 2016 at the residence of Sri.Balakrishnan and Smt.Anusha.
The satsang started with Dhyana Slokam from Srimad Bagavatham. Vishnu Sahasranamam was chanted followed by Mahamantra Kirtan for 30 minutes.
Children recited story on how Lord Ganesha got his elephant head, and why we do ‘Thoppukarnam’ (Super brain yoga) for Lord Ganesha. Children also did decorated a clay Ganesha and hand-made an umbrella for the Ganesha idol. Flowers were offered by everyone by chanting Mahamantra.
Madhurageetham and Namavalis were sung. The satsang concluded with “Kaliyayum Bali Kollum” and Harathi, followed by Prasadam.
