These are tough times in this Kaliyuga when we are unable to follow any niyamas (rules) to obtain devotion as the very sustenance of everyday lives has become very stressful.
Sri Swamiji and numerous other saints, who care for all of us as a mother for her children, have been very lucid about this and with extreme compassion they plead with us to chant the Mahamantra for both the trivial earthly fulfillment and beyond life, to be in His abode.

In this series, we present, each month, a prayer kirtan composed by His Holiness Maharanyam Sri Sri Muralidhara Swamiji. These kirtans underline the importance of prayers and beautifully show us how we should pray.
With a wavering mind, it is extremely difficult to make progress in spiritual life. So how can one develop mental strength that enables him to be firm and resolute in his spiritual discipline?
This month we present “Manobalam enakku arulvai”, in Atana Raga, in which Sri Swamiji prays to the Lord for inner strength and clarity of mind.

Sage Shuka
Srimad Bhagavatam was narrated by Sage Shuka to King Parikshith. Last month, a young reader narrated the story of Parikshith. This month, we have another young reader, Prathamesh, from Dallas, TX, who recounts the story of Sage Shuka, an enlightened soul, the son of Veda Vyasa and the narrator of Srimad Bhagavatam.

Tirumala, the abode of Lord Venkateshwara is one such Divyadesam and one of the most popular pilgrim spots in India. Thousands of people throng the temple of Lord Balaji, even today.
